VANCOUVER, B.C. - Tower Resources Ltd. (the "Company") has completed its previously announced (April 12, 2011) non-brokered private placement. The Company sold a total of 1,825,000 common shares (the "Shares") at a price of $0.40 per Share for gross proceeds of $730,000. The Shares are subject to a statutory hold period which expires on August 23, 2012. Proceeds from the Offering will be used by the Company to augment its 2012 exploration program in British Columbia.
